Peak Fitness Bootcamp

  • 60 minute classes include interval and strength training, stretching

Training with purpose:

Each month, we take time to set personal goals—such as dress sizes or body fat—and team goals—training together to run in local 5Ks and other team events-- with bootcampers to focus your training. Working together with your team mates, you will experience camaraderie, support and enthusiasm.

Convenience:

Each class is customized to meet the unique needs of participants—from weightloss and flexibility to sports specific training. Our heart pumping thirty minute workouts ensure necessary intensity to change your body quickly. Class times are available morning, noon and evenings!

Expert accountability:

Under the supervision of our dedicated fitness professionals, exercises are performed with flawless technique to prevent against injury. In order to ensure total accountability, clients are also provided with a fitness plan which details strength training and cardiovascular exercise outside of the gym.

Teamwork:

With social support a key factor in meeting your goal, each bootcamp is an excellent opportunity to meet like minded workout buddies. Together, bootcampers are challenged to exceed personal fitness barriers and change their bodies thru intense exercise . Emphasis is on encouraging all boot campers to finish. We don't care if you're first or last - Boot Camp will help you to be your best and to be a strong link on your team.

Heart pumping action:

A typical session includes jump squats, hop skotch, speed ladder training, sprints, dive pushups, pull-ups and a variety of movements intended to tone and shape your physique. This class can burn up to 1,200 calories per workout and will be push you to your max!
